- Aluminum arm assembly kit contains the following:
- (2) Hard plastic tarp bumpers
- (2) Heavy duty solid aluminum corners
- (2) Aluminum upper arms
- (2) Aluminum lower arms
- (1) Aluminum tarp cross bar
- (2) Mounting pin for 4-spring system
- (8) Spiral torsion springs (GHS 1516)
- System is constructed from high tempered aluminum tubing.
- Aluminum arm assembly fits up to 23 ft. dump truck beds.
GHS 8223 CE Component 2 – Electric Wind-Up Unit (I-GHS 2600HT)
- Automatic wind-up system kit includes the following:
- (1) 600 Watt Electric Drive Tarp Motor (GHS 2601-H)
- 90:1 gear ratio.
- 12 Volt
- Output power: 172 watts or 0.23 horsepower.
- Oil-bathed gear box.
- O-ring sealed housing.
- (1) Aluminum fixed 95 inch roller bar
- Fixed aluminum extrusion roller bar
- Easy tarp installation on roller bar with bolts – no drilling or removing needed to attach tarp.
- (2) Aluminum mounting platesÂ
- Â Aircraft grade aluminum with pre-drilled holes for simplified mounting.
- (1) Coil of 8-gauge wire
- (1) Rotary switch with wiring kit and mounting plate
